TABETHA BRADLEY, MD, FACS
Dr. Tabetha Bradley is a board certified general surgeon in Chelan, WA. She received her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and has been in practice since 2007. She trained in general surgery at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, the first approved surgical residency in the Pacific Northwest. After volunteering for two years in a very busy hospital in West Africa, Dr. Bradley is now practicing in her hometown of Chelan, Washington. She treats conditions involving the abdomen, skin, breast, soft tissue, hernias and trauma. To minimize post-operative pain and recovery time, she performs many operations using minimally invasive techniques.
MEGAN GUFFEY, MD, MPH, FAAFP
Family Medicine w/Obstetrics
Dr. Megan Guffey joined Lake Chelan Clinic in 2014. She graduated from the Medical School for International Health in Be’er Sheva, Israel and earned her Masters of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She completed her residency in the family and community medicine department at the University of Arizona and her high risk obstetrics/rural health fellowship in Tacoma, WA. While she says family medicine may seem a little old-fashioned amidst so many specialties, she was drawn to the field because of its focus on people. “Being a family physician allows you to treat the whole person and develop long-term relationships with patients, their families and the community,” she said. Dr. Guffey especially enjoys delivering babies and public health. In her spare time she loves to travel, spend time with friends and family, and is learning to crochet.
TOBE H. HARBERD, MD
Family Medicine w/Obstetrics
In September of 2009, Dr. Tobe Harberd joined the Lake Chelan Clinic as a Board Certified Physician. Dr. Harberd grew up near Boise, Idaho and after attending WSU, he went to Medical School at the University of Washington. He was awarded a National Health Services Corps Scholarship from 2004-2006. He completed his residency in Greeley, Colorado in June of 2009. He and his wife, Mikaila, have two children Ruby and Oliver. Dr Harberd currently serves as the Medical Director of Regency Manor Nursing Home.
AMY ELLINGSON, MD

Dr. Amy Ellingson joined the Lake Chelan Clinic in 2002, coming from Family Medical Residency in Billings, MT. After graduating from Notre Dame and the Loyola University of Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine, she has taken additional education in high-risk OB, outpatient surgical procedures and trauma care. She serves as the Medical Director for Touching Tiny Lives Foundation in Lesotho, Africa TouchingTinyLives.org.
JOEY VICTORIA-LOPEZ, PA-C
Joey Victoria-Lopez, PA-C, works in the urgent care clinic at lake Chelan Clinic. Born and raised in rural Idaho, she comes from a migrant background and spent a lot of her winters in Mexico as a child and adolescent. Fluent in Spanish, she earned her undergraduate degree from Boise State University in general biology with a minor in Spanish. Before attending physician assistant school at the University of Washington, MEDEX program, she worked as a nursing assistant/ CNA and an emergency room technician. She has practiced medicine for five years, and her interests include women’s health, primary care and migrant health.
TRENT LYMAN, PA-C
Trent Lyman, PA-C, works with orthopedic surgeon Joshua Schkrohowsky at lake Chelan Clinic. He has twelve years experience in healthcare, including time as a combat medic. He earned his nursing degree from Utah Valley University and followed with physician assistant training through the Army’s Interservice physician assistant program, which included orthopedic rotation. Trent is fluent in Spanish. He and his wife have four children. He enjoys the mountains and outdoor recreation, including camping, fishing, hiking, skiing and snowshoeing.
JOSHUA SCHKROHWSKY, MD
Joshua G. Schkrohowsky, M.D. is an orthopedic surgeon with specialty training in sports medicine and ACL surgery. Dr. Schkrohowsky earned his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland and pursued a fellowship in Sports Traumatology at the SportsClinic Austria in Innsbruck under team physicians for the Austria ski team. He performs knee, shoulder and other orthopedic surgery in Chelan.
CHARLES WASZKEWITZ, MD
Dr. Waszkewitz has practiced at the Lake Chelan Clinic since 1987. He received his medical degree from Rutgers University School. His special interests include running, hiking, traveling and spending time with his family.
TY WITT, MD
Dr. Witt has practiced medicine for more than 25 years. He sees patients at the Lake Chelan Clinic and performs surgeries at Lake Chelan Community Hospital. Dr. Witt has delivered more than 4,000 babies in the last 20 years, but in the last five years, he has focused on gynecology instead of obstetrics. He brings extensive surgical expertise to LCCH.
