Beverly La Mar, ARNP
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Beverly La Mar is a certified family nurse practitioner. She graduated from the University of Ottawa, Canada in 2012 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing with a diploma in Primary Health Care for Nurse Practitioners. She moved to Manson in 2012. She is a certified anticoagulation specialist and has worked at the Lake Chelan Clinic since 2018 and at Confluence Health in Wenatchee from 2013-2018. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a Registered nurse and patient educator in the nephrology department in Vancouver, BC. Her position as an RN included teaching patients to manage their own hemodialysis. Her professional interests include chronic disease management, anticoagulation and primary care. Her goal is to help patients achieve better health by reducing and preventing chronic illness through healthy lifestyles.
Trent Lyman, PA-C
Trent is a certified physician assistant who works with orthopedic surgeon Joshua Schkrohowsky at lake Chelan Clinic. He has twelve years experience in healthcare, including time as a combat medic. He earned his nursing degree from Utah Valley University and followed with physician assistant training through the Army’s Interservice physician assistant program, which included orthopedic rotation. Trent is fluent in Spanish. He and his wife have four children. He enjoys the mountains and outdoor recreation, including camping, fishing, hiking, skiing and snowshoeing.
Lisa Miller, DNP, ARNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Lisa joined the Lake Chelan Clinic in May 2019. She graduated from Gonzaga University with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner and completed her training in Family Practice in the Central Washington area. Prior to beginning her DNP program, Lisa worked as a registered nurse in acute care for over 15 years. Lisa is eager to provide primary care focusing on both acute and chronic health conditions across all stages of life.
Joey Victoria-Lopez, PA-C
Joey Victoria-Lopez, is a certified physician assistant who was born and raised in rural Idaho, she comes from a migrant background and spent a lot of her winters in Mexico as a child and adolescent. Fluent in Spanish, she earned her undergraduate degree from Boise State University in general biology with a minor in Spanish. Before attending physician assistant school at the University of Washington, MEDEX program, she worked as a nursing assistant/ CNA and an emergency room technician. She has practiced medicine for five years, and her interests include women’s health, primary care and migrant health.
Charles Waszkewitz, MD
Dr. Waszkewitz is a board-certified family physician who has practiced at the Lake Chelan Clinic since 1987. He received his medical degree from Rutgers University School. His special interests include running, hiking, traveling and spending time with his family.
Lincoln Westfall, DO
Dr. Westfall is a board-certified family physician who joined Lake Chelan Clinic in December 2019. He came to us from the Yakima Valley, where he practiced for over 8 years. He completed his residency at the Family Medicine Spokane Rural Training Track in Colville, Washington in 2011. He graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri in 2008. Dr. Westfall is fluent in German, Russian and Spanish. His current practice includes primary care, functional medicine, osteopathic manipulation, obstetrics, and gastrointestinal endoscopy. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, skiing, travel, music, church, and his family.
Tabetha Bradley, MD, FACS
Dr. Bradley is a board certified general surgeon in Chelan, WA. She received her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and has been in practice since 2007. She trained in general surgery at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, the first approved surgical residency in the Pacific Northwest. After volunteering for two years in a very busy hospital in West Africa, Dr. Bradley is now practicing in her hometown of Chelan, Washington. She treats conditions involving the abdomen, skin, breast, soft tissue, hernias and trauma. To minimize post-operative pain and recovery time, she performs many operations using minimally invasive techniques.
Kevin Morris, DPM
Podiatrist Dr. Kevin Morris, certified with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, has practiced podiatry for 25 years. He provides comprehensive foot and ankle care, including podiatric sports medicine and surgery to patients at Lake Chelan Community Hospital. Dr. Morris completed his undergraduate studies in 1984 at Washington State University and attended medical school at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. Dr. Morris was awarded Washington State Podiatrist of the year in 2001. He enjoys cycling, hiking, hunting, coaching and supporting his children in their activities.
Joshua Schkrohowsky, MD
Dr. Schkrohowsky is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with specialty training in sports medicine and ACL surgery. Dr. Schkrohowsky earned his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland and pursued a fellowship in Sports Traumatology at the SportsClinic Austria in Innsbruck under team physicians for the Austria ski team. He performs knee, shoulder and other orthopedic surgery in Chelan.
