Job Title: Chemical Dependancy Professional (Counselor)
Salary Range: Competitive Wages
Location: Sanctuary - Addiction Recovery Unit

Description:

A Full Time benefitted position: CDP - counselor needed in hospital-based inpatient setting providing dual diagnosis treatment to adults.  Duties include providing assessments, individual and group counseling, didactic groups, case management.  Be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting a therapeutic environment.  Qualifications: DOH certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor with 2 yrs. experience; Prefer BA or equivalent in counseling, human services, or related field; Prefer strong background/experience in working with Mental Health population; Strong clinical skills; Proficiency in written and verbal communication; Flexibility and commitment providing patient-centered care.   Wage DOE, we are an EOE welcoming diversity.

Job Title: Discharge Planner

Description:

This PT position will work M-F, 4 hrs per day and facilitates continuity of care by helping develop and implement a plan for the patients post-discharge care and resources; In collaboration with the patient, patient’s family, and other members of the interdisciplinary patient care team.   Must be a Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN strongly preferred.  Current Washington RN license; two years acute care experience required; one year experience in discharge planning and/or home health preferred; current healthcare provider CPR.

Job Title: Foundation Executive Director

Description:

This position is responsible for supporting various activities of the LCCH Foundation and promoting the Foundation mission and priorities.  Donor development, fundraising events, public relations, and administration of donor, planned giving, and fund management agreements are the primary responsibilities. This includes coordinating Foundation events and building and supporting donor relations at the direction of the Board. This position will work 24 hours per week. Regularly scheduled office hours during the business day are expected, however, work hours may vary depending on Foundation activities. Some evening and weekend hours may be required.

Job Title: House Supervisor/RN
Salary Range: Competitive Wages
Position Information: Part time

Description:

We have a  1 FT NOC rotating schedule and 1PT, 24hr per pay period position available (12 hr NOC shift/12 hr day shift).  HS/RN will provide clinical oversight and optimization of patient flow and staffing and to assist in care provided for patients in all areas of the hospital.  Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred with current Washington RN license and min 3 yrs experience as a hospital acute care and/or ED RN required; previous house supervisor experience preferred.  Must have and maintain BLS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC and PALS or obtain with 6 months.

Job Title: Patient Access Associate
Salary Range: Competitive Wages
Location: Lake Chelan Clinic

Description:

A per diem (fill-in/Relief) in our  Patient Access department as a registration clerk/patient services representative/receptionist for the hospital and clinic settings.  Primary responsibility is to assist patients and their families in accessing services and to act as an advocate and navigator until the patient is handed off to the clinical staff.  Operates switchboard, registers inpatients and outpatients by obtaining complete and accurate patient information.  Works in coordination with other staff members to schedule initial and follow up appointments for the Hospital, as well as, cross training with the clinics to help cover sick call and vacations.  Schedules appointments at other facilities as needed.

This is a per diem position to help fill as OB RN.


POSITION SUMMARY

Provides skilled, evidence-based, safe, efficient, and patient and family-centered care to OB patients, neonates, and PCS patients.   1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred
  2. Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
  3. Healthcare Provider CPR course renewed yearly
  4. ACLS certification obtained within one year of employment and maintained as current thereafter.
  5. Current certification or training in electronic fetal monitoring and renewed every 2 years.
  6. Current certification in Neonatal Resuscitation and maintained as current thereafter.
  7. One year OB experience required;
  8. One year acute care preferred
  9. Must complete Management of Labor and Birth class prior to completion of orientation (practicing independently)  on OB; may be waived if minimum of two years OB experience in high volume OB unit
