Job Title: Chemical Dependancy Professional (Counselor)
Salary Range: Competitive Wages
Location: Sanctuary - Addiction Recovery Unit

Description:

Full time benefited position working 32 hr week (includes one weekend day) in hospital-based inpatient setting providing dual diagnosis treatment to adults.  Duties include providing assessments, individual and group counseling, didactic groups, case management.  Be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting a therapeutic environment.  Qualifications: DOH certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor with 2 yrs. experience; Prefer BA or equivalent in counseling, human services, or related field; Prefer strong background/experience in working with Mental Health population; Strong clinical skills; Proficiency in written and verbal communication; Flexibility and commitment providing patient-centered care.   Wage DOE, we are an EOE welcoming diversity.

Job Title: Environmental Services Technician
Location: Environmental Services
Position Information: 7am-3:30pm days with rotating weekends

Description:

Two, Full Time Positions open for individual to be responsible for general housekeeping duties on all floors of the hospital.  Works under general supervision, collects linen and garbage.  Technician I sorts clean linen and distributes to linen storage areas.  Hours are day shift, M-F rotating schedule will include one weekend day and includes excellent benefit package.  We are an EOE and welcome diversity.  Applications are also available by calling our HR department at 509-726-6005.

Job Title: House Supervisor/RN
Salary Range: Competitive Wages

Description:

Two Full-Time benefited positions on rotating schedule and one NOC, 24 hr per pay period rotating schedule position.  The House Supervisor will assist the nursing units on 2nd and 3rd floor making rounds on arrival, checking in with both charge nurses to assist with any needs.  A graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current registration and licensing with the State of Washington.  Healthcare Provider CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC required.  Minimum 2 yrs. experience in Acute Care/ER preferred.  Good organizational and communication skills a must.  Must be able to provide leadership to staff, prioritize and think clearly and quickly.

Description:

This is a full time benefited position with an excellent benefit package. 

Position Description:  Responsible for the planning, implementation and administration of all quality assessment, patient safety and performance improvement activities in accordance with Department of Health, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and all other applicable licensing and accrediting bodies.  Oversees ongoing  implementation of the Planetree model and organizational cultural development. Responsible for organizational wide clinical Risk Management. Works closely with providers, clinicians and organizational leadership to facilitate a commitment to quality. Serves as a champion to engage LCCH caregivers in achieving organization’s goals, improve internal quality, and        influence optimum patient outcomes and experience throughout the continuum of care.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with minimum of five years experience in health care quality and/or clinical risk management; Master’s Degree in healthcare associated field preferred; ADN may be considered with minimum of ten years experience in health care quality and/or clinical risk management;
  2. Certification in healthcare quality, risk management, and/or infection prevention required, or must obtain within one year of hire
  3. Experience with healthcare regulatory surveys required (The Joint Commission, DNV, ISO, CMS, State licensing authority, etc.)
  4. Experience with process improvement methodologies required (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA, etc.)

Job Title: Surgical Technologist/On-Call, Relief Pool
