Job Title: Chemical Dependancy Professional (Counselor)
Salary Range: Competitive Wages
Location: Sanctuary - Addiction Recovery Unit

Description:

Relief/fill-in counselor needed in hospital-based inpatient setting providing dual diagnosis treatment to adults.  Duties include providing assessments, individual and group counseling, didactic groups, case management.  Be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting a therapeutic environment.  Qualifications: DOH certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor with 2 yrs. experience; Prefer BA or equivalent in counseling, human services, or related field; Prefer strong background/experience in working with Mental Health population; Strong clinical skills; Proficiency in written and verbal communication; Flexibility and commitment providing patient-centered care.   Wage DOE, we are an EOE welcoming diversity.

Job Title: CNA Part time

Description:

Part Time position (12hrs week) for this Sanctuary (Addiction/Recovery unit) rotating schedule.  Experienced individual needed to assist with patient care performing vital signs, room checks, etc. Receives and provides patient report at shift change or as patients are admitted or transferred.  Positive, caring attitude, ability to multi-task, computer skills preferred.  Able to work independently or in a team setting.  Good verbal and written communication skills.  Must maintain  a Nursing Assistant Certified (CNA) credential for this position.  We are an EOE and welcome diversity.

Job Title: House Supervisor/RN
Salary Range: Competitive Wages

Description:

We have 2, 24 hr per pay period openings one on day shift and one on night shift.  This RN will provide clinical oversight and optimization of patient flow and staffing and to assist in care provided for patients in all areas of the hospital.  Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred with current Washington RN license and min 3 yrs experience as a hospital acute care and/or ED RN required; previous house supervisor experience preferred.  Must have and maintain BLS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC and PALS or obtain with 6 months.

Job Title: Orthopedic/Mid-Level Provider

Job Title: PACU - RN
Salary Range: Competitive Wages

Description:

This per diem/relief RN provides skilled, evidence-based, safe, efficient, patient and family-centered nursing care to perioperative patients. Functions as key member of the inter-disciplinary health care team, in accordance with professional nursing practices, in a care setting that reflects the Planetree philosophy and the mission and vision of Lake Chelan Community Hospital. Serves as patient advocate in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit and related areas where perioperative care is provided.   Qualifications are :Registered Nurse, currently licensed to practice in the state of Washington; Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred;Current Healthcare Provider CPR; Current ACLS and PALS certifications, or must obtain within 3 months of hire;Minimum twelve (12) months recent PACU experience preferred. In lieu of 12 months PACU experience, Critical Care or Emergency Department experience required; ASPAN  certification preferred.

Job Title: RN-OB

Description:

Full time position working days for an OB/Labor & Delivery RN, rotating schedule.

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides skilled, evidence-based, safe, efficient, and patient and family-centered care to OB patients, neonates, and PCS patients. Functions as key member of the interdisciplinary health care team, in accordance with professional nursing practices, in a care setting that reflects the Planetree philosophy and the mission and vision of Lake Chelan Community Hospital

  1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred
  2. Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
  3. Healthcare Provider CPR course renewed yearly
  4. ACLS certification obtained within one year of employment and maintained as current thereafter.
  5. Current certification or training in electronic fetal monitoring and renewed every 2 years.
  6. Current certification in Neonatal Resuscitation and maintained as current thereafter.
  7. One year OB experience required; will consider training a nurse with minimum of two years acute care experience (Med-Surg or E.D.)
  8. One year acute care preferred
  9. Must complete Management of Labor and Birth class prior to completion of orientation (practicing independently)  on OB; may be waived if minimum of two years OB experience in high volume OB unit

Job Title: RN/ OB MSU

Description:

Part time 48 hour per pay period , working 1900 - 0730, position works one day a week in OB and one day a week MSU

Experienced RN/OB Nurse must have 2 years current OB expereince required; Med/surg experience preferred to provide skilled, evidence-based, safe, efficient and patient and family-centered care to OB patients, neonates and PCS patients.  Functions as key member of the interdisciplinary health care team, in accordance with professional nursing practices, in a care setting that reflects the Planetree philosophy and the mission and vision of Lake Chelan Community Hospital.  Certifications required are HCP/CPR, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP.  A positive approach to patient centered care philosophy is required.  You will enjoy working with our supportive and caring team of professionals.
