Job Title: ARNP/PA-C
Salary Range: Competitive Wages
Location: Specialty Clinic

Description:

Full Time ARNP/PA-C needed for our Orthopedic Clinic to assist with the orthopedic care as needed for patients in the specialty clinic.  This person is responsible for the provision of orthopedic care and services as directed by the faciltiy's orthopedic surgeon.  Performing comprehensive and problem focused history and physical exams, interpret and correlate laboratory and diagnostic procedures. Interpret and correlate subjective and objective data to formulate a differential diagnose and establish a working diagnosis. Formulate a treatment plan for orthopedic problems within scope of practice. Implement therapeutic intervention for specific conditions when appropriate. Exercise judgment on problems requiring consultation, referral, or evaluation by the supervising orthopedic surgeon or other healthcare professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Current PA-C or ARNP license; Minimum of 2 years experience in licensed practice; Prefer current certification; Prefer prior surgical experience within current scope of license.  Prefer outpatient expereince within current scope of license.  We have an excellent benefit package.  We are an EOE welcoming diversity.

Description:

Need for a CMA to help patients by providing clinical and business office assistance in the offices and clinics of health care providers, such as, physician, physician assistants, etc.   Qualifications include clinical skills, creating a safe, effective environment, health promotion and maintenance, hospital environment, procedural skills, documentation skills, verbal communication, inventory control, planning, dependability, medical teamwork.  Must have a Washington State Certified Medical Assistant licensure.

Job Title: Chemical Dependancy Professional (Counselor)

Job Title: House Supervisor/RN

Description:

We have 2, 24 hr per pay period openings one on day shift and one on night shift.  This RN will provide clinical oversight and optimization of patient flow and staffing and to assist in care provided for patients in all areas of the hospital.  Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred with current Washington RN license and min 3 yrs experience as a hospital acute care and/or ED RN required; previous house supervisor experience preferred.  Must have and maintain BLS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC and PALS or obtain with 6 months.

Job Title: RN - Clinic

Full-Time RN with clinic nurse experience needed to help support the outpatient services for our providers.  Assist physicians with patient care, obtain vital signs and brief medical history, assist physicians with procedures, triage patient phone calls, order office supplies, assist with front desk duties ie: answer phones, scan records, pt charts.  Computer literate.  Able to work independently as well as close team member.  Washington state licensure and a Healthcare Provider card required.  This position is M-F, 0800 - 1700 with an excellent benefit package.  Wage DOQ, EOE welcoming diversity.

2 Full time benefited positions, working 1900 - 0730, rotating schedule.  1 position is 3 nights a week.  1 position is 1 night OB/2 nights MSU a week.

1 position, working 0700-1930, 48 hrs per pay period.

Experienced RN/OB Nurse must have 2 years current OB expereince required; Med/surg experience preferred to provide skilled, evidence-based, safe, efficient and patient and family-centered care to OB patients, neonates and PCS patients.  Functions as key member of the interdisciplinary health care team, in accordance with professional nursing practices, in a care setting that reflects the Planetree philosophy and the mission and vision of Lake Chelan Community Hospital.  Certifications required are HCP/CPR, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP.  A positive approach to patient centered care philosophy is required.  You will enjoy working with our supportive and caring team of professionals.

This FT nurse provides skilled, evidence-based, safe, efficient, patient and family-centered nursing care to perioperative patients. Serves as patient advocate in the operating room and related areas where perioperative care is provided. Qualifications include:  Registered Nurse, currently licensed to practice in the state of Washington; Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred; Current Healthcare Provider CPR; Current ACLS and PALS certifications, or must obtain within 3 months of hire; Minimum twelve (12) months recent OR Circulating Nurse experience. Scrub experience preferred; CNOR preferred; Must be available to be “on call” and able to respond physically to the hospital within 30 minutes;
