Job Title: Chemical Dependancy Professional (Counselor)
Salary Range: Competitive Wages
Location: Sanctuary - Addiction Recovery Unit

Description:

Relief/fill-in counselor needed in hospital-based inpatient setting providing dual diagnosis treatment to adults.  Duties include providing assessments, individual and group counseling, didactic groups, case management.  Be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting a therapeutic environment.  Qualifications: DOH certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor with 2 yrs. experience; Prefer BA or equivalent in counseling, human services, or related field; Prefer strong background/experience in working with Mental Health population; Strong clinical skills; Proficiency in written and verbal communication; Flexibility and commitment providing patient-centered care.   Wage DOE, we are an EOE welcoming diversity.

Job Title: Environmental Services Technician
Location: Environmental Services
Position Information: Day shift, M-F and occ. weekends

Description:

Full Time position open for individual to be responsible for general housekeeping duties on all floors of the hospital.  Works under general supervision, collects linen and garbage.  Technician I sorts clean linen and distributes to linen storage areas.  Must be able to read and speak English.  This position is M-F, 7am-3:30pm  Occasional weekends and includes an excellent benefit package.  We are an EOE and welcome diversity.  Applications are also available by calling our HR department at 509-726-6005.

Job Title: House Supervisor/RN

Position Information: FT benefitted NOC

Description:

This is a full time benefitted rotating 19:00 -7:30am shift.  his RN will provide clinical oversight and optimization of patient flow and staffing and to assist in care provided for patients in all areas of the hospital.  Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred with current Washington RN license and min 3 yrs experience as a hospital acute care and/or ED RN required; previous house supervisor experience preferred.  Must have and maintain BLS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC and PALS or obtain with 6 months.

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Location: Laboratory
Position Information: Per diem Hospital/clinic

Description:

We have one part time (15 hr week position) and a per diem releif/fill-in position for MLT (Medical Lab Technician) to perform full range of laboratory tests in the hospital and phlebotomy at the clinic.   Washington State certification required.

This is a relief position with varying schedule.

Job Title: Orthopedic/Mid-Level Provider

Location: Specialty Clinic

Description:

We are seeking a full time PA or ARNP to be responsible for the provision of orthopedic care and services as directed by the orthopedic surgeon in our Specialty Clinic.  This individual must have a current PA-C or ARNP license with minimum of 2 years experience in a licensed practice; prefer with prior surgical experience and outpatient experience within current scope of license.

Job Title: Phlebotomist

Description:

FT benefitted position available at our Lake Chelan Clinic for a Phlebotomist.  This individual will work M-F, 8am-5pm however hours may change.   The Phlebotomist will perform venipuncture, fingersticks and other specimen collection procedures and will complete the processing and distribution to appropriate testing and/or storage areas.  Monitors supplies and stocks as needed.  Answers phone, general cleaning, attends monthly meetings as requested.

Job Title: RN - Clinic

Position Information: Per diem

Description:

Per diem RN with clinic nurse experience needed to help support the outpatient services for our providers.  Assist physicians with patient care, obtain vital signs and brief medical history, assist physicians with procedures, triage patient phone calls, order office supplies, assist with front desk duties ie: answer phones, scan records, pt charts.  Computer literate.  Able to work independently as well as close team member.  Washington state licensure and a Healthcare Provider card required.

Per Deim RN's wanted to provide skilled, evidence-based, efficient, patient and family-centered nursing care to Emergency Department patients.  This RN is a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.  Current Washington State RN license.   2 yrs RECENT Acute Care expereince and 2 yrs. Job Title: RN: OB perdiem

Description:

This is a per diem position to help fill as OB RN.


POSITION SUMMARY

Provides skilled, evidence-based, safe, efficient, and patient and family-centered care to OB patients, neonates, and PCS patients. Functions as key member of the interdisciplinary health care team, in accordance with professional nursing practices, in a care setting that reflects the Planetree philosophy and the mission and vision of Lake Chelan Community Hospital

  1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred
  2. Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
  3. Healthcare Provider CPR course renewed yearly
  4. ACLS certification obtained within one year of employment and maintained as current thereafter.
  5. Current certification or training in electronic fetal monitoring and renewed every 2 years.
  6. Current certification in Neonatal Resuscitation and maintained as current thereafter.
  7. One year OB experience required;
  8. One year acute care preferred
  9. Must complete Management of Labor and Birth class prior to completion of orientation (practicing independently)  on OB; may be waived if minimum of two years OB experience in high volume OB unit
