Job Title: Biller/Patient Account Representative
Location: Lake Chelan Clinic

Description:

Seeking FT biller/patient account representative whose focus is on patient centered care. Receives, reviews and prepares claims for processing to insurance carriers.  Examines claims, completes necessary information, enters data into computer and forwards claims to insurance carriers for payment processing and insurance posting.  Explains clinic's method of filing for insurance to the patients and counsels them regarding their questions.  Responsible for insuring that claims are submitted in a timely manner to insurance carriers.

Job Title: Chemical Dependancy Professional (Counselor)

Location: Sanctuary - Addiction Recovery Unit

Description:

Job Title: House Supervisor/RN

Description:

We have 2, 24 hr per pay period openings one on day shift and one on night shift.  This RN will provide clinical oversight and optimization of patient flow and staffing and to assist in care provided for patients in all areas of the hospital.  Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred with current Washington RN license and min 3 yrs experience as a hospital acute care and/or ED RN required; previous house supervisor experience preferred.  Must have and maintain BLS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC and PALS or obtain with 6 months.

Job Title: Patient Access Associate/Specialty Clinic Receptionist
Salary Range: Competitive Wages

Description:

This individual serves as back up/fill in per diem for our registration clerk/patient services representative/receptionist for the hospital and clinic settings.  Primary responsibility is to assist patients and their families in accessing services and to act as an advocate and navigator until the patient is handed off to the clinical staff.  Operates switchboard, registers inpatients and outpatients by obtaining complete and accurate patient information.  Works in coordination with other staff members to schedule initial and follow up appointments for the Hospital, as well as, cross training with the clinics to help cover sick call and vacations.  Schedules appoitnments at other facilities as needed.

Job Title: RN/ OB-Labor & Delivery

Description:

Full Time, Day shift RN position opening for the right OB/Labor & Delivery nurse.  Works a rotating schedule.

Experienced RN/OB Nurse must have 2 years current OB expereince required; Med/surg experience preferred to provide skilled, evidence-based, safe, efficient and patient and family-centered care to OB patients, neonates and PCS patients.  Functions as key member of the interdisciplinary health care team, in accordance with professional nursing practices, in a care setting that reflects the Planetree philosophy and the mission and vision of Lake Chelan Community Hospital.  Certifications required are HCP/CPR, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP.  A positive approach to patient centered care philosophy is required.  You will enjoy working with our supportive and caring team of professionals.

Job Title: RN: MSU/OB

Description:

Two positions:

Full time position working NOCS; rotating schedule; 2 nights MSU; 1 night OB

Part time 48 hour per pay period , working 7:00 - 19:30, position works one day a week in OB and one day a week MSU

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides skilled, evidence-based, safe, efficient, and patient and family-centered care to OB patients, neonates, and PCS patients. Functions as key member of the interdisciplinary health care team, in accordance with professional nursing practices, in a care setting that reflects the Planetree philosophy and the mission and vision of Lake Chelan Community Hospital

  1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred
  2. Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
  3. Healthcare Provider CPR course renewed yearly
  4. ACLS certification obtained within one year of employment and maintained as current thereafter.
  5. Current certification or training in electronic fetal monitoring and renewed every 2 years.
  6. Current certification in Neonatal Resuscitation and maintained as current thereafter.
  7. One year OB experience required; will consider training a nurse with minimum of two years acute care experience (Med-Surg or E.D.)
  8. One year acute care preferred
  9. Must complete Management of Labor and Birth class prior to completion of orientation (practicing independently)  on OB; may be waived if minimum of two years OB experience in high volume OB unit
