Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
Location: Administration

Description:

CFO reports directly to the CEO and is a key leader among the senior leadership team.  The CFO is responsible for the managmeent and oversight of all financial activities at the hospital and serves as the business partner to the CEO.   The CFO will be a strategic and visionary financial leader with unquestionaed integrity and commitment to the Vision, Mission and Values of the hospital. 

Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree with CPA;  Management and team development experience; Financial management, 5 years healthcare preferred; Fiscal leadership of rural critical access hospitals preferred.

Job Title: CNA/relief pool
Salary Range: Competitive Wages

Description:

We are seeking several CNA's for our relief/on-call staff.  The CNA works under the direction of a Registered nurse to provide quality patient care to all patiens in all areas of service offered at LCCH.  Participates in educational programs for nursing personnel.  1 yr acute care hospital experience preferred.  Wage DOE.  EOE welcoming diversity.

Job Title: Environmental Services Technician
Location: Environmental Services
Position Information: Day shift, M-F and occ. weekends

Description:

Full Time position open for individual to be responsible for general housekeeping duties on all floors of the hospital.  Works under general supervision, collects linen and garbage.  Technician I sorts clean linen and distributes to linen storage areas.  Must be able to read and speak English.  This position is M-F, 2pm-10:30pm and includes an excellent benefit package.  We are an EOE and welcome diversity.  Applications are also available by calling our HR department at 509-726-6005.

Job Title: ER Staff Physician
Salary Range: Competitive Wages

Description:

Serves as Staff Physician in the Emergency Department providing care to all patients presenting to the ED as well as guidance and education to the entire ER staff. 

  1. Integrate into the work schedule shared by the current Emergency Department providers.
  2. Maintains accepted standards of care as it relates to emergency room patients.
  3. Implement new policies, practices, and techniques to enhance the quality of care of Emergency Department patients.
  4. Teach new skills and monitor the progress of those learning these new skills as well as update skills already learned.
  5. Active participant in the monthly Critical Incident Review Committee (CIRC) meetings.
  6. Work with the ER Trauma Nurse Coordinator to maintain compliance with State protocols in trauma, stroke, MI, etc.
  7. Avail one’s self for the purpose of answering questions and education of ER staff and community physicians in matters pertaining to emergency medicine.
  8. Unless Board Certified, in Emergency Medicine, must maintain current certifications in ATLS, ACLS and has competed the PER requirement.

Job Title: RN/Circulator
Salary Range: Competitive Wages

Description:

This per diem/relief nurse provides skilled, evidence-based, safe, efficient, patient and family-centered nursing care to perioperative patients. Functions as key member of the inter-disciplinary health care team, in accordance with professional nursing practices, in a care setting that reflects the Planetree philosophy and the mission and vision of Lake Chelan Community Hospital. Serves as patient advocate in the operating room and related areas where perioperative care is provided. Qualifications include:  Registered Nurse, currently licensed to practice in the state of Washington; Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred; Current Healthcare Provider CPR; Current ACLS and PALS certifications, or must obtain within 3 months of hire; Minimum twelve (12) months recent OR Circulating Nurse experience. Scrub experience preferred; CNOR preferred; Must be available to be “on call” and able to respond physically to the hospital within 30 minutes; In the event of inclement weather, or if living outside a 30 minute response radius, must stay within that radius, in which case a sleeping room or apartment will be provided

Job Title: Surgical Technologist/On-Call, Relief Pool
Salary Range: Competitive Wages
Location: Operating Room

Description:
