Job Title: Chemical Dependancy Professional (Counselor)

Location: Sanctuary - Addiction Recovery Unit

Description:

Relief/fill-in counselor needed in hospital-based inpatient setting providing dual diagnosis treatment to adults.  Duties include providing assessments, individual and group counseling, didactic groups, case management.  Be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting a therapeutic environment.  Qualifications: DOH certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor with 2 yrs. experience; Prefer BA or equivalent in counseling, human services, or related field; Prefer strong background/experience in working with Mental Health population; Strong clinical skills; Proficiency in written and verbal communication; Flexibility and commitment providing patient-centered care.   Wage DOE, we are an EOE welcoming diversity.

Job Title: Paramedic- Fill-In positions

Looking for fill-in Paramedics to assist with our current needs working 24 and 48-hour shifts.  As part of a multidisciplinary team providing basic and advanced life support, quality assurance and supervision of EMT-IV/AWY, EMT-IV, EMT Basic, First Responder and First Aid personnel.  Qualificatins are:  Must have/maintain current certifications to the levels of WA Paramedic; ACLS and HCP cards, as well as PALS and/or NRP.  Maintain valid WA state Driver's License; Emergency vehicle incident prevention certification.  Wages DOE, EOE - Diversity welcomed.

Full time benefited position, working 1900 - 0730, rotating schedule for experienced RN/OB Nurse.  2 years current OB expereince required; Med/surg experience preferred to provide skilled, evidence-based, safe, efficient and patient and family-centered care to OB patients, neonates and PCS patients.  Functions as key member of the interdisciplinary health care team, in accordance with professional nursing practices, in a care setting that reflects the Planetree philosophy and the mission and vision of Lake Chelan Community Hospital.  Certifications required are HCP/CPR, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP.  A positive approach to patient centered care philosophy is required.  You will enjoy working with our supportive and caring team of professionals.

Job Title: RN/Circulator
Salary Range: Competitive Wages

Description:

This per diem/relief nurse provides skilled, evidence-based, safe, efficient, patient and family-centered nursing care to perioperative patients. Functions as key member of the inter-disciplinary health care team, in accordance with professional nursing practices, in a care setting that reflects the Planetree philosophy and the mission and vision of Lake Chelan Community Hospital. Serves as patient advocate in the operating room and related areas where perioperative care is provided. Qualifications include:  Registered Nurse, currently licensed to practice in the state of Washington; Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred; Current Healthcare Provider CPR; Current ACLS and PALS certifications, or must obtain within 3 months of hire; Minimum twelve (12) months recent OR Circulating Nurse experience. Scrub experience preferred; CNOR preferred; Must be available to be “on call” and able to respond physically to the hospital within 30 minutes; In the event of inclement weather, or if living outside a 30 minute response radius, must stay within that radius, in which case a sleeping room or apartment will be provided

Job Title: RN/ER - Full Time

Description:

Full Time RN, working 1900 - 0730, rotating schedule to provide skilled, evidence-based, efficient, patient and family-centered nursing care to Emergency Department patients.  This RN is a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.  Current Washington State RN license.   2 yrs recent Acute Care expereince and 2 yrs. Emergency Department experience preferred.  Must have a current Healthcare Provider CPR card.  ACLS and PALS within one year of employment.  NRP and TNCC certificaiton required within two years of employment.  Review the Position Description and per diem staff requirements below.

Job Title: Surgical Technologist/On-Call, Relief Pool
