Tom Warren

Professional Experience: Tom is a retired Chelan County District Court Judge. Prior to joining the bench and serving for 21 years, he was a lawyer in private practice in Wenatchee with the Whitmore-Phelps law firm. Upon his leaving the law firm he was the managing partner of the seven lawyer organization concentrating on real estate and business relationships.

Education: BA in Marketing, University of Washington; JD from University of Washington Law School.

Personal Information: Judge Warren is the newest of the Commission Trustees, joining the Board in June, 2010. Throughout his life he has dedicated himself to many volunteer activities. When residing in Wenatchee, prior to retirement, he served as President of the Wenatchee Chamber of Commerce, President of the Board of Trustees of Wenatchee Valley College, President of Wenatchee Central Lions Club, and Director General of the Washington State Apple Blossom Festival. He has served in numerous leadership positions in state and national judicial and bar association groups. He and his wife Mary Ann moved to Chelan full time in 2004, and he is now serving as President of Chelan Rotary and a member of the City of Chelan Planning Commission.
